Install was flawless. Very professional and knowledgeable team. Very impressed by the attention to detail and the commitment shown to get our install done on time. Every step of the process was explained to us and completed and finished to the highest standard. I cannot speak highly enough of our install team and the end product. We decided to convert a room in our house into a media room. We engaged Home Control to supply and fit the media and sound system and from day one we were immensely impressed by their professionalism. Scott and Simon went about the task in a competent and thorough manner and they were extremely patient in working with us to establish the best system for our room. Initially we were invited to discuss our options in the Home Control offices, then Scott and Simon visited our home and, after some discussion, Home Control ordered the necessary equipment. When the room was ready for the installation of the AV equipment, Scott and Simon worked hand and hand with the main contractors to ensure that the equipment was installed in the correct fashion.

When the job was complete, it was gratifying to know that they were always at the end of the phone to help us solve our problems.

We are extremely satisfied with our television and sound system and would thoroughly recommend Home Control to anyone thinking of installing a sound system of the highest quality.

We were building our new house when we looked at a multi room audio visual system. This meant we had to balance the budget across the whole build but also wanted to install a solution that gave us a good quality system and advanced set of features.  We looked at a number of providers deciding to go with Home Control as they offer a flexible solution with a practical approach to the implementation. They also offered the level of functionality we were after at the price levels we were willing to spend. Other providers we looked at were not able to do this and were less flexible in the solution the offered.

Despite having to work around the builders who were finishing off our house build the Home Control team were able to get the solution in with little pain. They had us up and running within our timescales and refreshingly within the budget we were working to. Since then we have had Home Control help us tweek the solution as we saw how it could be more effectively used in our lifestyle. It was good to work with a supplier who was willing to put in the extra effort to make sure their customers were happy. Home Control were able to advise us on how we could get the best out of the solution we chose.

Now we are looking add to the solution with a multi media PC being installed allowing us to be online in multiple rooms in addition to the TV & audio we already have. The great thing about the Home Control solution we installed is that it is easily extendable and we already have all the cabling in place to allow us to take advantage of additional technology very easily. I would recommend Home Control to anyone else who is looking to put a multi room entertainment solution in their home

A Priori Designs worked closely with Home Control Scotland on a large residential refurbishment in Edinburgh and found them to be professional, pro-active and easy to deal with. The home automation system they offered matched our clients requirements and aspirations perfectly. We have certainly learned a lot from their expertise.

The engineer, Chris, was punctual, friendly, professional and did his job wonderfully. He even organised all of the wires in the cabinet, and when I say organised, I mean organised! He put labels on EVERYTHING, which for someone like me who is clueless about this stuff is incredibly useful! On top of that, he fixed a persistent issue I was having with my TV connection. The amazing service didn’t stop there; he left a clear and detailed configuration document after his visit was complete, sent me follow up messages to check in on things and make sure all of the works continued to function properly and answered all of my questions in an understandable way. I don’t know of many companies that provide that level of customer service and support.

I cannot recommend this company highly enough. They were not the cheapest quote that I received, but they are by far the most professional and competent company that I have worked with regarding IT and networking equipment.
